Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! So, this was supposed to be posted on Christmas... Haha. A little creative holiday treat. Easy pancake recipe and how to transform them into fun holiday themed characters. Great for kids and adults who are in tune with their inner child! Enjoy! Recipe written below:
Recipe:
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Milk
1 Egg
3 Tbsp Butter (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Cinnamon & Nutmeg (optional)
Sift in dry ingredients, make a well in center, then add the rest of ingredients. Mix well (until most lumps are gone). Cook on Medium low - Medium, flip as soon as it stops bubbling.
